From your packaging to your website, they cultivate brands through the roots, working exclusively with the most passionate and driven of the bunch. Think you’ve worked with a brand design studio like this before? Wrong. They’re not your typical corporate branding studio: as consumers of the brands they work for, they’re the branding agency for Millennial and Gen-Z brands. They’re paving the way, creating scroll-stopping, obsess-worthy brands - the next ‘it’ brands if you like. Having amassed over 50K followers on their studio Instagram @wildflowerdesign.co_ & over 10K on Katie’s personal branded Instagram account @bykatieproctor, she knew the focus for 2023 and beyond had to be email marketing.

The Founder and CEO, Katie Proctor, approached me to take over her marketing emails and she was transitioning through a growth period. Taking on experts in their fields, Katie grew her team by 4 in 2022 alone, myself included as her email marketing expert. She no longer had the time to create interesting, subscriber-first emails that would be engaging enough to not only drive clicks to her website but bookings in her diary. She wanted to start sending more relevant emails to the right people at the right time, incorporating segmentation & personalisation. On top of that, an increase in sales from The Design Shop became a key goal for the email strategy.
