How to increase membership engagement, retention & loyalty using email marketing.

Want more engagement & loyalty in your monthly membership?

Start doing these things with your emails ↓

You’re currently so busy overhauling your offers that you’ve missed the tiny, very important, details. Watching the lightbulb moments happen for your clients is a DREAM!

That’s what lights your soul on fire.

But let’s get real... there’s only so many scarcity tactics & so many “THIS IS SO EXCITING” messages you can put out until the experience lets you down.

And your willingness, excitement and seeing you living your best life, when they’re not & want to learn - will only cut it for so long.

Because it’s one thing to get someone to sign up... and another to get them to actually stay.

If you’ve re-vamped your product suite, it feels good to you & makes logical sense to your audience, but realistically it isn’t easy for you customers to get into their routines & daily habits - that low-ticket offer of yours will never be as big as you’d like.

What can you do about it?

#1 -Stop making it a chore to sign in!

Picture this, your ideal biz boss babe client has signed up to your membership. You put together everything they need - a community + a monthly masterclass + whatever else...

Yet, you only ask them as the point of their sign up confirmation to ‘save the login link as a bookmark to log in’.

Babes - I have 23,861 other bookmarks, you think I have time to find yours? Perlease.

Include the link to the sign in page in every email.

#2 - When was the last time you asked? It’s easy AF through email.

You might have checked the box on market research, likely before you created your membership.

But how frequently are you asking your members for feedback? What they need right now? How you can help them?

I’d bet, not enough.

Rather than churning out ‘masterclasses; the same as everyone else’, why not try something else? And ask what your members want - your emails make that super easy.

#3 - Email your members!

→ Tell them well in advance what’s coming up. Stop assuming everyone waiting around for your thing, please.

→ Give them a BTS version that no one else gets - are you talking to someone who might do a masterclass in 6 months time, tell them!

→ Can you offer them an affiliate kickback for their pals joining? Tell them.

→ Want feedback? Email them.

→ Reminders of call links, special dates, the whole shebang - we’re all bloody busy, tell them!

Email marketing isn’t just about selling, the front-end, first conversion.

Sure, it’s great for that too!

The sell-out launches & ticking off every objection that your dream clients are waiting to overcome.

But, it’s also a direct communication with your subscribers, buyers and non-buyers.
